The Rezko trial and Peoria

PEORIA -- OSF Saint Francis Medical Center whistleblower Dr. John Carroll, a caring and courageous physician who formerly worked in the hospital's emergency department, has connected the dots between the Rezko trial, now taking place in Chicago, the aggressive expansion of St. Francis, and the emergency ambulance services monopoly in Peoria, controlled by the three hospitals.
