News conference on Riverfront Park

PEORIA, IL -- From a news release:

Friends of Riverfront Park will hold a news conference at 3 p.m. on Monday, December 14, 2015, at the Peoria Public Library’s downtown branch, 107 NE Monroe, Peoria, IL in the Lower Level 2 Conference Room.

The proposed River Trail Apartment project in Riverfront Park and the proposed replacement sites for the lost parkland will be discussed in light of state and federal requirements before the apartments can be built in the park. - 30 -
