Thank you for covering this difficult but important medico-legal tragedy.

I have been following the medical literature about shaken baby theory since 1996, when the niece of a friend was accused of shaking an infant in her care. I can attest that the filmmakers are absolutely correct: Doctors working with a flawed model have been targeting innocent parents for decades, now convinced by courtroom outcomes that their theory is correct.

For the story of a family torn apart when their son's metabolic disorder was misdiagnosed as shaking injury, please see https://onsbs.com/prologue/

  • Telling the truth
"In a time of universal deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act." George Orwell "I found that to tell the truth is the hardest thing on earth, harder than fighting in a war, harder than taking part in a revolution." Richard Wright, 1944.
  • From the News Release
PeoriaStory will tell the stories that likely won’t be told by the mainstream/corporate media. It will question local political candidates for their views on controversial topics. It will cover and profile off-beat movements and people. It will take stands on issues such as the Kellar trail. It will also serve as a forum for liberal and progressive events, and welcomes news releases from groups working for the public good.
