Jazz on Nov. 12

PEORIA, IL -- From a press release, this sounds like fun.

Jazz on a Sunday Afternoon will be held on Sunday November 12 at the Historic
Grand Army of the Republic Hall, 416 Hamilton Blvd.  
 
The Nathan Taylor Band, along with Larry Harms, will perform their unique blend of blues and jazz mixed with standard tunes from 2 to 5 p.m.
 
Doors open at 1:30. Snacks provided.
 
The fundraiser is to preserve and maintain the G.A.R.  Greenhut Memorial Hall, circa 1909, which serves as a memorial to Civil War veterans.  Sponsor is Central Illinois Landmarks Foundation.  Cost is $30.00.  For information call 636-7022. - 30 -
